Our involvement in German real estate funds (including open and closed-end funds) have led us to develop specialized skills and hands-on knowledge in the financial reporting of real estate investments in the U.S. and Canada to our investors.  We provide full accounting and record keeping information to investors and their legal and tax advisors.  We handle partnership tax returns and withholding taxes for non-resident partners, coordinate the filing of tax returns and recovery of tax refunds and respond or seek responses to particular investor tax questions.  We can also provide tax assistance to investors in cases of transfer of their LP interest.  Income tax returns are prepared by independent tax accountants with experience in governing state and federal regulations.   Most services can be provided in English, German and French.
