BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Gilbert Bard, FRI, CPM, Adm. A.
President, Euro-Canada IC Properties Inc.
Mr. Bard holds a degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and studied architecture at Carlton University in Ottawa. Mr. Bard was employed by Public Works Canada from 1973 to 1978 as Project Manager in leasing, design and construction of offices and special projects. From 1979 to 1983, he was Director of Properties with a major life insurance company, responsible for all property activities in eastern Canada. Mr. Bard joined the IC Group in 1984 and is responsible for acquisition, leasing and property management related activities in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Bard has gained a wealth of experience in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of income producing real estate, including shopping centers, office and industrial properties, farmland and apartment complex.
He has been involved in project management since 1973, including new construction, renovations, rehabilitation and leasehold improvements. Projects have ranged from office developments, Olympic installations, post offices to portable housing.
Mr. Bard has been responsible for property and asset management for several real estate portfolios located throughout Canada and the United States; he regularly provides advice and other real estate services to the IC Group and private investors.
